Okay, so I have decided that all the players(who can do this) should advertise on different servers, such as yanillescape, unrealscape, project catastrophe, etc.
It would get us much more players and more players means more votes and more votes means #1 PRIVATE SERVER!!!!!! (NOT LIKE WE ALREADY AREN'T:P)
